BORIS Granular Station

BORIS is a lightweight, real-time granulator for live input. It lets you zoom into the fine details of sound and slide through its timeline as it plays. Grain generation is sample-accurate and adds no latency, so it fits smoothly into your effects chain. Thanks to its low CPU usage, you can run multiple instances to build rich, layered textures on the fly.

BORIS includes a custom envelope system for morphing between shapes, a tempo sync mode that follows your DAW, and a feedback control—all packed into a straightforward, easy-to-use interface.

It's open source, built with JUCE and RNBO, and available as a VST3 plugin.
